The Finance branch’s role is to drive strategic financial management across Sport Australia and foster the prudent management of financial risk. We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader, to manage a small team of two permanent staff and occasional casuals. The role is based in the Financial Operations team in a friendly and culturally diverse Finance Branch. The role will involve stakeholder liaison across the organisation ensuring divisions are receiving a high service delivery, team leadership and lead continuous improvement activities. You will manage the financial operations team to support efficient and accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card, and insurance and cash management processes, and provide overall system administration of the Concur expense management system. You will have: Experience in team leadership and performance management of staff excellent organisation skills Ability to communicate with staff on a variety of levels and have a strong commitment to client service Good written and verbal communication skills Experience of working in the public sector would be advantageous Experience of Technology One and Concur expense management system would also be advantageous.
