Improving the operating models of sport is a key enabler for both participation and high performance outcomes.The Senior Consultant, One Management, will be working directly with a wide variety of sporting bodies and other sport partners to deliver support and leadership to implement contemporary sports business and operating models across Australia. In consultation with the Director, this role will lead the engagement with selected NSO CEOs and Boards to implement best-practice business and operating models. Providing advice and assistance to build organisational capability, this role will also be responsible for enabling sports to develop the sector-wide networks, guidelines, tools and resources required to drive best-practice business and operating models across Australian sport.This is an exciting opportunity to combine a passion for sport and physical activity with professional expertise in implementing operating models, influencing stakeholders, and project management.
