Payroll Team Manager

As part of the Corporate Division, Sport Australia’s People and Culture team strive to empower the workforce to deliver our corporate strategic objectives by partnering with business to build capable and future proofed teams and supporting them with smart people strategies. Using the Aurion 11 payroll system, you will guide high quality day-to-day payroll processing, fortnightly pay cycles and respond to complex payroll enquiries. You will have highly developed and practical experience in applying employee pay and conditions in line with applicable legislation, enterprise agreements and organisational policies.You will be a people person who can build strong networks across the organisation, using these skills to influence best practice, build team capability and to drive efficient payroll activities. Maintaining employee data integrity and reliability will be a key focus of your role, as well as system processes and improvements.
