As part of the Corporate Division, Sport Australia’s People and Culture team strive to empower the workforce to deliver our corporate strategic objectives by partnering with business to build capable and future proofed teams and supporting them with smart people strategies.
As a HR Data Reporting Analyst, you will be a steward for our data and reporting framework, transforming the way we report through identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and integrate data and reporting metrics. You will drive the development and delivery of HR reporting for the ASC Board, Committees, senate estimates, as well as undertaking scheduled and ad-hoc HR data requests and reporting. As part of your role, you will also assist in system administration, configuration, enhancement and optimisation of our HRIS, Aurion 11.
This is a challenging role with a lot of variety and will suit someone who thrives under pressure.
To be successful, you will have:
- High level communication
- Aurion 11 system administration and reporting experience
- Excellent Excel skills for building complex data and reporting models.
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, including legislation and Aurion processing practices.
Salary range = $92,007 - $106,078 per annum + up to 15.4% superannuation.
