The AIS is responsible for leading and enabling a united high performance system that supports Australian athletes to achieve podium success. The Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement (AW&E) Branch leads the system’s development and delivery of services designed to improve an athletes’ ability to effectively navigate the critical transition points throughout and beyond their sporting career.This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and lead the growth and implementation of our Elite Athlete Education Network as education is given high priority in a fast changing industry and global environment.We are looking for a talented individual to develop, nurture and build key stakeholder relationships with higher education institutions (Universities and TAFE providers) and short course education providers. You bring a solid understanding of opportunities which exist in today’s modern learning and education environments and have a tenacious focus on improving systems, service and engagement to ultimately provide best support for athletes. You have an engaging and professional style and build relationships with ease.
