This includes leading the HR Policy and frameworks team (encompassing IR and WHS) and the HR system administration and workforce reporting team (encompassing payroll). This role is a source of HR subject matter expertise for Sport Australia. We are seeking a strong people leader and strategic thinker, who can support the BAU of the section and drive reform.Experience in leading Employee Relations, WHS and Payroll teams (Aurion system knowledge desirable)Experience in scoping, reviewing and implementing process improvement strategiesAbility to advise senior leaders on technical mattersTertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience and in depth understanding of contemporary Industrial Relations law preferred.Salary range = $131,590 - $160,242 per annum plus superannuation.Employment benefits include access to priority onsite Childcare placements, free parking facilities and use of on-site gymnasium.Applications close 5.00pm AEDT Friday 22 February 2019 (no late applications will be accepted).Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia. Job Description Australia - ACT ACT
