The branch strives to empower the workforce to deliver our corporate strategic objectives by partnering with business to build capable and future proofed teams and supporting them with smart people strategies.You will have responsibility for overseeing Workplace Services in the People & Culture (P&C) Branch. This includes leading the HR Policy and frameworks team (encompassing IR and WHS) and the HR system administration and workforce reporting team (encompassing payroll). This role is a source of HR subject matter expertise for Sport Australia.
