The Applied Technology and Innovation (AT&I) team is responsible for working with sports and other partners to identify, prioritise and deploy an applied technology, innovation and human performance agenda.The AT&I team develops applications to provide sport with unique and customised data solutions for analysis of events, training and competition. In-house development seeks to deliver better-tuned and targeted insights to sport when commercial offerings are lacking or non-existent within the sport landscape. We are seeking an automation and data pipeline expert to help these products while unlocking data for further impact within and by the sport system.You will bring significant experience in data processing and ETL pipelines. Your experience with Python and a range databasing technologies will allow you to integrate with our software development teams to provide innovative solutions and infrastructure to the sport environment. We have access to a wide variety of datasets and as such experience with time series data, high frequency data, video and image data or geospatial data is highly beneficial.
