Do you want to play a role in the transformation of the Australian high performance sport workforce?The Australian Institute of Sport’s Performance People & Teams (PP&T) are looking for an experienced consultant with expertise in learning and organisation development.About the Team:The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) is responsible for leading and enabling a united high performance system that supports Australian athletes to achieve podium success.Performance People & Teams (PP&T) is responsible for leading the recruitment, retention and development of performance people to create and enable high performing teams. We support National Sporting Organisations (NSO’s) and the National Institute Network (NIN) to build system capability with a particular focus on HP Coaches, Performance Directors and CEO’s (in collaboration with Sport Australia).About the Role:As a Sport People Consultant you will provide leadership and expert guidance in building high performance sport capability and system capacity through developing people and enhancing sport performance teams.
