The Sport Business Division’s purpose is to help Australians move through life, enabling more Australians to move more often delivering health, education and community impact. The Team Officer will be responsible for providing support to our most valuable customers and partners in the Sporting Schools program.As a member of the Sporting Schools team you will be the voice of the program. You will provide online and phone support to all customers of the program including schools, teachers, sporting organisations and coaches around funding processes and program bookings. This customer-centric role provides support to clients by providing accurate advice about the Sporting Schools program lifecycle. You will maintain a portfolio of sports relationships with national sporting organisations (NSOs) that support the delivery of the program. You will provide expertise through insights and relationships with NSOs to support their delivery of better program delivery to schools all over the country. You will be supporting millions of Australian students to get more active, more often.To be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience working within a customer service environment and relationship managementDemonstrated experience providing phone and email support to customers on a variety of issues including technical troubleshooting and conflict resolutionExperience using a Customer Relationship Management software preferredThis role is located in Canberra, and will be available until 31 October 2019.
