The AIS Operations Team provides the organisational platform to enable the AIS to deliver its strategy - targeted, world-class programs that provide unique, impactful and competitive advantage services to the HP system. The Team supports the CEO, managing the AIS business functions, and works collaboratively with the Director of each AIS Team to optimise the overall effectiveness of the AIS.The person in this role will report to the Chief Operating officer and will be responsible for establishing, managing and implementing practices and principles that ensure business operating sustainability and longevityResponsibilities will include:developing business goals and objectives to support operations on the AIS campus;Managing engagement and delivery of shared functions with SportAus;Data analysis and interpretation to assist in the preparation of business report and Contributing to the AIS Operations Leadership team.To be successful in the role the person will have a proven track in the business planning an strategy area, successfully managed diverse teams with differing business objectives, strong financial and budgeting skills, and be able to provide compelling and timely advice for reporting and decision making purposes.
