People & Culture is responsible for developing and delivering services and programs that enhance the employee experience at Sport Australia.The Workforce Development team delivers key people management initiatives that impact on every part of the employee lifecycle. This includes performance management, learning & development, culture and the key systems that underpin the employee experience.We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced HR champion who brings experience in workforce/organisational development and a history of successful HR program delivery (in some or all of the areas listed above).
